Elisa De Brito is joining our Courchevel Nanny Services team for Winter 2026/27, and we are delighted to welcome her to the resort.
Originally from Normandy, France, Elisa is a qualified childcare professional who has been working with children since 2018. Fluent in both French and English, she is able to communicate confidently with our international families and quickly build strong relationships with children of all ages.
Elisa holds a Baccalauréat Scientifique with English Specialisation, as well as the BAFA Health Assistant Specialisation. This specialist BAFA qualification focuses on ensuring the safety, health, and wellbeing of children and young people in childcare and leisure environments. While the traditional BAFA trains activity leaders to deliver fun and educational activities, the Health Assistant specialisation places additional emphasis on children’s welfare, risk management, and creating safe, supportive environments where children can flourish. Alongside her BAFA she also holds a Diploma in early years care (0 – 3year) ” CAP assistant d’éducation petite enfance” focusing on all aspects of baby and toddler care.
Over the years, Elisa has gained extensive experience working with children aged 2 to 17 in a variety of childcare settings. Her early roles included working as a Children’s Animator and later an Animation Camp Manager at holiday camps in France, where she was responsible for organising engaging activities, supervising groups of children, and ensuring their safety and wellbeing throughout their stay.
Her passion for childcare has also taken her overseas, spending time as a Camp Counsellor in San Francisco, USA, further developing her confidence, adaptability, and ability to work with children from different backgrounds and cultures.
Although Winter 2026/27 will be Elisa’s first season with Courchevel Nanny Services, she is already very familiar with the resort, having worked in Courchevel since 2022. During Winters 2023/24 and 2024/25, she worked in a luxury five-star hotel as Animator and Animation Manager, overseeing children’s activities and leading the kids’ club programme for children aged 3 to 14 years old. This role required exceptional organisational skills, creativity, and the ability to ensure every child felt included, entertained, and well cared for.
For Winter 2025/26, Elisa moved into a role as an Early Childhood Educator at the crèche in La Tania, Courchevel caring for children from 6 months to 5 years old. This position allowed her to further develop her experience with babies and younger children, including supporting routines, encouraging developmental milestones, and creating engaging age-appropriate activities.
Alongside these roles, Elisa has consistently worked as an ad hoc nanny and babysitter for visiting families staying in hotels and chalets throughout Courchevel. Through these positions, she has gained valuable experience caring for children from as young as 4 months through to teenagers, adapting her approach to suit each child’s age, personality, and needs.
During the summer season Elisa has been in San Francisco, USA working as a camp assistant manager, a role she thoroughly enjoys! But she is excited to get back to Courchevel.
Elisa loves creating memorable experiences for children, whether that involves arts and crafts, imaginative games, outdoor adventures in the snow, or helping younger children feel safe and settled while away from home. Her extensive resort knowledge, childcare experience, specialist safety training, and warm, energetic personality make her a fantastic addition to our team.
We are thrilled to have Elisa joining Courchevel Nanny Services and are confident she will provide the exceptional level of care, professionalism, and fun that our families expect. We look forward to seeing her create magical holiday memories for the children in her care throughout the season.
